How to Track
Step 1: Find Your Tracking Number
After your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- Order confirmation number
- Tracking number
- Direct link to tracking page
- Estimated delivery date
Step 2: Track Your Shipment
Click the tracking link in your email or manually enter your tracking number on the carrier's website.
Step 3: Monitor Progress
Common tracking statuses:
- Order Confirmed: We've received your order
- Processing: Your Beamo Pro is being prepared
- Shipped: Package is on its way
- In Transit: Moving through shipping network
- Out for Delivery: Arriving today
- Delivered: Package has arrived

- United States: 7-12 business days
- Canada: 10-15 business days
Europe
- EU Countries: 7-15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-15 business days
Asia Pacific
- Australia: 10-18 business days
- New Zealand: 12-18 business days

- Other Countries: 12-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance and local conditions.

Customs & Taxes
Important: All taxes and customs duties are prepaid and included in your order total. You will NOT be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Tracking Issues?
Haven't received tracking number?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If you haven't received tracking after 3 business days, contact us at support@beamopro.com.
Tracking shows no movement?
This is normal during:
- Initial 24-48 hours after shipping
- International transit (packages may not scan at every checkpoint)
- Customs clearance (can take 2-5 days)
Estimated delivery date passed?
Delays can occur due to:
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes (holidays)
- Remote delivery locations
If your package is more than 5 days late, contact us immediately.
Delivery Attempt Failed?
If the carrier can't deliver:
- Check tracking for delivery attempt notice
- Look for a door tag with instructions
- Contact the carrier to arrange redelivery
- Or pick up from local depot
Package Damaged?
If your Beamo Pro arrives with visible damage:
- Do not refuse the package
- Accept delivery and note damage on delivery form
- Take photos of damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us immediately at support@beamopro.com
- We'll arrange replacement or refund
