Eligibility

Qualifying Returns

You may request a refund if:

  • Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery date
  • Product is in original condition with minimal signs of use
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
  • Proof of purchase provided (order number or receipt)

Non-Qualifying Returns

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Products damaged by misuse or abuse
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Returns initiated after 30-day window

Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email support@beamopro.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
  • Photos if product is defective

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We'll respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping label (for defective products)
  • Return instructions

Step 3: Ship the Return

For defective products:

  • We provide prepaid return label
  • No shipping cost to you

For buyer's remorse:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping
  • Use trackable shipping method
  • Insure package for full value

Step 4: Pack Securely

  • Use original packaging if possible
  • Include all accessories (cables, remote, bag, documentation)
  • Write return authorization number on package
  • Pack securely to prevent damage in transit

Step 5: Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days
  • Bank processing: 3-10 business days (varies by bank)

Refund Amount

Full Refund Includes:

  • Product purchase price
  • Original shipping cost (if product is defective)

Deductions May Apply For:

  • Return shipping: Not refunded for non-defective returns
  • Restocking fee: None (we don't charge restocking fees)
  • Damage: If product shows excessive use or damage

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Appears on next statement
  • PayPal: Credited to PayPal account
  • Apple Pay: Refunded to linked card

We cannot refund to a different payment method or account.

Defective Products

Immediate Replacement or Refund

If your Beamo Pro arrives defective:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos/video
  2. We'll arrange free return shipping
  3. Choose replacement or full refund
  4. Expedited processing (2-3 business days)

What's Considered Defective:

  • Product doesn't power on
  • Projection system malfunctioning
  • 180° rotation mechanism broken
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Missing components

Warranty Repairs vs. Refunds

Within 30 Days:

Full refund available (no questions asked)

After 30 Days (Within Warranty):

Covered by 12-Month Warranty:

  • Free repair or replacement
  • Refund at our discretion if repair not possible

Lost or Damaged Returns

Our Responsibility:

If we provide return label and package is lost, we process refund once carrier confirms loss.

Your Responsibility:

If you ship on your own without insurance and package is lost, we cannot issue refund. Always use:

  • Trackable shipping
  • Insurance for full product value
  • Signature confirmation

Partial Orders

If you ordered multiple items:

  • You can return individual items
  • Partial refunds issued accordingly
  • Original shipping refunded only if entire order returned

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange:

  1. Return current product for refund
  2. Place new order for desired item

Special Circumstances

Gifts

If Beamo Pro was a gift:

  • Recipient can return using order number
  • Refund issued to original purchaser
  • Or store credit to recipient (if preferred)

Promotional Items

If order included free gifts or bonuses, all items must be returned for full refund.

International Returns

Same 30-day policy applies worldwide:

  • We provide return label for defective products
  • Customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns
  • Customs fees on returns are not refundable
